The Ultrasn0w 1.0-1 have been released which became the first ever tool to unlock the iPhone 4 after the online
jailbreaking tool JailbreakMe was introduced two days back. You could also unlock iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1 using the Ultrasn0w 1.0-1.
You could also unlock iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1 using the Ultrasn0w 0.9.3. Here are the instructions to unlock iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1 using Ultrasn0w 1.0-1.
1. Jailbreak your iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1.
2. Open Cydia.
3. Choose the ” Manage ” tab from the bottom.
4. Choose ” Sources “.
5. Tap on ” Edit ” and then ” Add “.
6. Now enter ” http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com ” and tap on ” Add Source “. Wait for Cydia to update the sources.
7. Now search for ” Ultrasn0w 1.0-1 ” in Cydia and install it to unlock iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1.
That’s it! Now you have unlocked your iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.0.1.
