We already reported that the Sn0wbreeze 1.7 version have been released and is available for download to jailbreak iOS 4 on iPod Touch 2G including MC model devices.
You could now get your hands on Sn0wbreeze 1.7 to jailbreak iOS 4 on iPod Touch 2G (MC models too).
If you want to jailbreak iPod Touch 2G with iOS 4 (MC model also), then here is a guide to do that.
NOTE : It only works successfully if you are on 3.1.2 firmware or if you have the iOS 3.1.2 SHSH blobs.
1. Download the custom iOS 4 firmware for the iPod Touch 2G.
2. Download Sn0wbreeze 1.7.

can someone write down the link for ipsw file? because i tried several and they didn’t work out.
doesn’t work for MC tried 3X with te intructions aND im not a NOOB jus in case got error in itunes 1604 now i got to boot up irecovery again :=B( and iReb doenst work for 2g some how and it works for itouch 3g and MB model already succeeded in that is jus that MC one :’-(
I just can’t click the download link of the custom fimeware because the freaking Babylon-add pop’s up every time.
