Mac Rumors have reported some leaked images of the next generation iPod Touch. According to the images, the iPod Touch 5G is lacking a physical Home button (it is capacitive instead), it is having a camera, running iOS 4.2.1 firmware, has volume buttons at the side and also a storage capacity of 128 GB!

The iPod Touch 5G in the images is marked with ‘ DVT-1 ‘, which means the device may undergo more changes before release.
