Geohot has released the waited Limera1n jailbreak tool for Windows and is available to download. You would 
have to wait for the Mac OS X version of Limera1n which will made later available to download. Now you could download Limerain for Windows to jailbreak all devices on iOS 4.1 and iPad on iOS 3.2.2.

Doesn’t Work!!! Like Sam says…it does say that the jailbreak has been done…but there’s no Cydia (even after restarting the phone)
You have to download cydia in limerain!!!!
